Coming to Danbury this July, for the first time, Han Dol Martial Arts will be offering an intensive study of Korean's Ancient Martial Arts and Culture. Your child will have the opportunity to learn Soo Bahk Do, the Traditional Korean Art of Self Defense, directly from 7th Degree world renown Korean Master E.S. Choi!
Our program offers much more than merely the physical aspects of Martial Arts.
We focus on the following key Moo Do (Martial Way) Elements:
Tradition Chinese/Korean Calligraphy, Language Philosophy Integrity, Honesty, Humility Technique Self Defense, Speed, Power, Flexibility History Origin of Martial Arts Discipline and Respect Mental Focus, Self Control, Calmness, Respect for Elders
